Steam cleaning is done at a very high temperature and acts as a natural sanitiser. These high tempuratures kill off all bacteria and orgainc material. Other benefits include fast drying time, instant 'wow' factor results.
By combining steam and pressure washing we can get the cleanest results minimal wasteage. Typically we would use the steam cleaner on the majority of the surface while only using the pressure washer on localised more stubborn stains.
A choice of Approach
Some algae, stains and organic matter may require a soft touch, whilst others require a more forceful approach. With the best of both words, we can offer you the most applicable method for your requirement.
